Jim Dietz is a writer, volleyball coach, and serial entrepreneur, who rarely thinks from what most would consider a normal perspective. As part of his business-life, Dietz designed, developed, and manufactured board, card, and role-playing games for more than twenty years (and will likely do it again). As a writer, he has published more than fifty poems (not including two collections) as well as two volleyball texts and four novels. As a volleyball coach, he has led his team to the NJCAA Final Four in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
His writings are all available from online sites such as Amazon and Smashwords.
- Like Heck She Isn’t a Volleyball Player
- The Human Side of Coaching
- The Five Days of Osan
- The Last Post
- Kandahar: A Novel (I love the negative review…put up before the book was released by someone scorned by the publisher…classic internet behavior)
- Meditations on War
